She has collaborated with national and international teams across various fields and specialties to bring new products and services to market and created long-term partnerships with patient and consumer groups, healthcare providers, and institutions.

Andrea’s determination to make a difference in her community is the foundation for all of her work. She volunteers with multiple organizations and is the recipient of the provincial Ontario Volunteer Service Award. Andrea attended the University of Toronto, has studied music professionally in Canada and abroad, and speaks five languages.

He immediately recognized the benefit of relying on the experience and expertise of those who had been there before.

Andrew has held senior operations, corporate development, and executive roles at some of Canada’s largest publicly owned (Rogers Communications) and privately held (St. Joseph Communications) media companies. Working with publications and websites representing everything from specialized trade brands to ubiquitous household names, he has experience across a broad range of activities from strategic planning, business integration and effectiveness to new business launches, joint ventures and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Silver Sherpa, Andrew founded a successful referral-based law practice providing cost-effective, advisory, and transactional services primarily to owner-operated business ventures.

Andrew holds an honours undergraduate Bachelor of Arts from Huron College at Western University, as well as a law degree and Master of Business Administration, earned concurrently from the University of Toronto. He has successfully completed courses in public securities and investing through the Canadian Securities Institute, business valuation through the Institute of Canadian Chartered Business Valuators, Strategic Planning & Management and Facilitative Leadership through the Schulich Executive Education at York University as well as continuing professional development courses in each year of law practice.

Susan co-founded Silver Sherpa Inc. after firsthand experiencing the challenges families face in helping ageing parents. Susan has been widely published with her articles appearing in various national publications and professional trade magazines, including The Globe and Mail, The Lawyer’s Daily, and Canadian HR Reporter, among others. She regularly appears on television and radio.

She has served on numerous public and corporate Boards of Directors and Commissions in Canada, Australia, Ireland, and the United States including St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. She is the past President of the Estate Planning Council of Halton.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy specializing in critical care and trauma from the University of Toronto, an MBA from Griffith University in Australia, and a post-graduate certificate in Negotiations from Harvard Law School/Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
